Use of the App
Cookscan is an AI-powered cooking assistant designed to help users:
• Scan ingredients using your device camera
• Generate recipe suggestions based on detected ingredients
• Discover meals you can cook with what you already have
• Save and organize favorite recipes

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Cookscan. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Account & User Responsibilities

Subscription & Payments
Cookscan offers auto-renewable subscriptions, including:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. We do not manage billing directly and cannot issue refunds — refunds are subject to Apple or Google's policies.

Cookscan provides AI-generated recipe suggestions only.
• Cookscan is not a professional cooking or nutrition service
• AI-generated recipes are suggestions and may not account for allergies, dietary restrictions, or food safety concerns
• Always use your own judgment regarding ingredient freshness, food safety, and cooking temperatures

Cookscan shall not be liable for any health issues arising from recipes generated by the App.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality in the App (including text, graphics, logos, and AI models) are the exclusive property of Cookscan.

User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload (such as ingredient photos). By using the App, you grant Cookscan a limited, non-exclusive license to process this content solely for providing app features.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• Cookscan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
